They feed the homeless nearly every week at a local rescue mission. The congregation marched in a Christmas parade, carrying the church sign and wearing hoodies and ear bands with the Trinity Church logo. The children enjoyed handing out candy to the crowd. Four to five thousand people heard about the church for the first time that night.
Trinity Church also did some caroling in the local neighborhood and handed out postcards about the church. The carolers were well received. Pastor Miller observes, “How amazing it was to hear the streets filled with songs of praise to the King of kings!”
Contact has been established with a local campus ministry; Pastor Miller spoke to the group in December and was invited to do so again in the coming semester.
Worship services have been vibrant, and the congregation has given itself willingly to the work. Pastor Miller exclaims, “Our cup overflows. Thanks be to God!”
