Pray for Living Hope OPC as they complete their term of denominational financial assistance. Pastor Doug (Kristi) Bylsma reports that the congregation is giving generously, and while expenses are still slightly higher than income, the gap is far less than what was expected for the year. A family of nine will soon join the congregation and several other people are in membership classes. Attendance is nearing the limits for comfortable seating in the coffee shop/youth center where Living Hope has met for more than a year. The congregation is active in community outreach. Several members are involved at the youth center, and in addition to planned outreach events, members tell friends and neighbors about the congregation. Pray that God will raise up local leaders. Living Hope has one deacon, but no local elders, and none are in training.
