Much has happened in the five years since the Bennetts arrived in Neon. Two people are taking a membership class, and another couple recently moved to the area and joined the congregation. Another man recently called after seeing the church sign. He is from the area and said he has been looking for a Reformed church for 10 years. Praise the Lord for these encouragements and pray that efforts like the upcoming presence at Hillbilly Days will bring more new people to worship. The congregation will loose several students as they move away. The college campus Bible studies continue to go well, and recently Pastor Bennett began meeting with one student to do evangelistic work on campus each Wednesday. Praise God for new opportunities to reach out to the lost.
