CDA Reformed Church gives thanks to God for his faithfulness. Though several initial families have moved on for various reasons, the Lord is at work growing his church there. In October they received four families by reaffirmation of faith and witnessed the baptism of two covenant children. Pastor David shares that they’re also seeing more families move to the area from churches of like faith and practice. They hope to receive several of these families by letter of transfer in the near future. Give thanks with CDA Reformed for this growth and pray for potential office bearers to be raised up among them. Over the summer, the men of the church began a weekly book study. They are currently working through their second book: Richard Sibbes’, The Bruised Reed. Despite meeting on Friday evenings, there are consistently 15 or more men in attendance, another matter for praise! Please continue to pray for the Graves’ middle son. He has an appointment with an ENT in November and, Lord willing, it willbring to light why he has been suffering his repeated illnesses.
